While looking at the website, there was a lot of cool technology items that I didn't even know could be used in schools. One of the main ones with 3-D printers and the 3-D printed pen. I found that very fascinating and I think that'll be a great tool to use in a artsy environment that works with technology. We kids can creat whatever they want and make it into 3-D, which will really help their creative skills. Another item which I used in my school was the coding devices. I think students being able to understand code is very important and it's a great fun toy at the same time. It allow students to learn how to code and actually get to play with the items itself. So I would use it as a way of teaching students how to code how do they have to be very exact with what they tell something to do and also it shows that technology can be a lot of fun.

The standard that I chose was SC.912.CC.1.2. This standard comes from this computer science subject. The main focus of the standard is being able to use a projector while teaching a lecture. I think I would be able to use the standard very easily. I have the skill set to be able to perform well with the projector because I have a lot of experience with using projectors from when I was in school myself. And how I would use the projector I would be sure to put an example up on the big screen and then show how to do a problem for example. So my students are able to follow along and see me do each and every step.

The standard that I choices to look at was SC.4.P.8.1 which is all about the measure and com[are the mass and the volume of gases, liquids and solids. One of the resources that I found under the standard, which I think would be very helpful for students is original student tutorial. This resource allows the students to be able to use many different type of measuring devices which will allow them to compare and measure liquids. This is a great tool for students to be able to be hands-on on an assignment and I would 100% use this as a lab. We are students will be able to use all the different type of measuring devices and see how it interacts with the water and all the other States of matter.
