A new skill that I developed after doing assignment five was understand understanding how PowerPoint actually works. I was able to see the full extent of all the different commands, animations and transitions I can do in between slides. Something I really liked about this assignment that I could really do whatever topic I wanted and I was able to get really creative. I actually really enjoyed doing a lot of research about Disney and coming up with questions for that. Something I did not like was the amount of slides I had to make to create this whole thing. Something I'll do better. Next time is when I make my slides and I duplicate them I'm gonna make sure I have the button to return home and the button to get to the answers on each side rather than having to go back and add them individually. When I was in middle school I had to learn distance learning due to covid. I had to join google meets and had to do all of my assignments on google classroom. We had to use laptop provided from my school. It was not very effective for a year because no one really knew what to do and how to teach a lesson from zoom. Now we are able to distance learning a lot better. But I haven't really done distance learning for college yet and I plan to do it for summer 2026 Open educational resources is a great resources that there is free learning materials online for all types of students. Many students with many different disabilities can use open educational resources to make learning very accessible. Some design skills that I developed while making my website was being able to figure out how to create a Google calendar and link to the calendar everyone can view it. Also linking a map to the location of the school for my website. Some other skills that I developed was understanding what type of colors work best together and what type of fonts and sizes work well. It was very important for my website to make sure that everything was legible and that everyone was able to read it and making sure that I followed along the guidelines that were set for a good website design. It also allows for teachers to see other teachers opinions on different issues and ethical problems when it comes to teaching. 

  This school website provided a lot of information about how the school is actually run. There's a lot of information about the nursing office and how transportation works. How their bell schedule works and a lot of other things. Also provide a lot of information on who actually works at the school. Who is the principal assistant principal who are the counselors there. And provided a lot of links to help parents get to whatever information I need to know about this school.   While looking at the website, there was a lot of cool technology items that I didn't even know could be used in schools. One of the main ones with 3-D printers and the 3-D printed pen. I found that very fascinating and I think that'll be a great tool to use in a artsy environment that works with technology. We kids can creat whatever they want and make it into 3-D, which will really help their creative skills. Another item which I used in my school was the coding devices. I think students being able to understand code is very important and it's a great fun toy at the same time. It allow students to learn how to code and actually get to play with the items itself. I have never done blogging before this class. I don't hate it but I don't love it. I like the fact that I can put all of my ideas down on paper but I don't like I have to do one every weekend. Also I wish I could write on topics that I find interesting. But I will have learned a lot during the blogging process. I have learned how free it can be to write down your opinions and I have taught me a lot about how I write. I'm able to see my writing style on in a formal setting and I find it very interesting.  When I was younger, when I didn't fully understand AI I would have said that it is only used for cheating and writing essays. But know that I have learned more about it I don't think that. I see as a great research tool and it can do an amazing job explaining completed topics.   I will be honest I did not really have Pinterest or Instagram during my childhood, I've only recently got it due to college. But since I've had it, I've been able to really reach out to a lot of of my friends on there and see how their life are going, and I'm able to rekindle some old relationships. But I'm also able to develop new relationship relationships. I've been seeing a lot of teachers in my Instagram feed talking about their day-to-day lives some strategies and giving out a lot of advice. Also doing some fit checks. When it comes to Pinterest.   When it comes to copyright and fair use in the classroom, I don't believe there should be that big of a band. I always believe that Teacher should help each other out which will lead to even better teachers. So when I become a teacher, I will not be putting any copyright restrictions on any of my materials because I really believe that teachers should be able to have access to any materials to help their students. Also, I really thought copyright it had a lot more strict rules to it and that you would have to go through a very special process to get a copyright on your materials, but it turns out that's not true. I learned that copyright is very simple and straightforward. You can get your copyright license very easily. When I was in school from K through 12, we never used word as our chosen way of writing for writing our essay. Now that I'm at FSU it is a very big game changer on how much the school promotes word and how many of my professors expect us to use for it. So I find that word is very complicated and I don't even fully understand all the components that has to offer. In comparison throughout K through 12 we use Google Docs as our chosen way of writing essays and doing assignments. I'm more used to Google Docs because I know of all the features that offers to my long exposure to it. Google Docs is my preferred use of technology when it comes to writing assignments. The most important ISTE Standard of education is learning. No one knows anything right away.    In this class I hope to lean how technology will help improve my skills as a teacher. I would love to learn how new devices of technology is going to impact the field of education. I also want to see how AI can be used in the classroom in a helpful way rather than a way a student can cheat. I also really want to meet teachers and future teachers and see what knowledge they have about his field.
